Regulations of the online store

 

 

§ 1

Introductory provisions

1. The MJLO online store, available at the internet address www.mjlo.us,

owned by Maciej Lasko, conducting business activity under the name

"MJLO Maciej Lasko Multi-Branch Company", entered into the Central

Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) kept by the minister

responsible for economy, NIP: 9671178439, REGON: 341487593.

 

Sales to consumers and entrepreneurs using the Store. Defines

the principles of using the website and the principles and procedure for concluding Sales Agreements with the Customer remotely via external services, manufacturers and sellers of fonts

 

 

§ 2

General provisions

1. The Seller, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not

 

liable for disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the website

 

caused by force majeure, unlawful third party actions or

incompatibility of the Online Store with the Customer's technical infrastructure

2. Browsing the Store's assortment does not require creating an Account. Placing orders

by the Customer for Products in the Store's assortment is possible by

providing the necessary personal and address data enabling implementation through

business partners

3. Expressing consent to the performance of dropshipping by the intermediary. The intermediary informs that,

the customer loses the right to withdraw from the dropshipping agreement pursuant to Art. 38 point 1 of the Act

on Consumer Rights

4. Participation in the online offer means primarily ACCEPTANCE

OF THE REGULATIONS and EXPRESSION by the customer of consent to the processing of personal data

to the extent necessary to process the order in connection with the concluded or

future sales agreement, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act

5. The offer is addressed to natural persons performing a legal act,

acting as consumers (Article 22 (1) of the Civil Code)

6. The supplier is solely responsible for the delivery of the goods

7. Any information contained in the online offer relating to the goods does not constitute

an offer within the meaning of (Article 66 of the Civil Code)

8. The Service is not responsible for defects and damage to products

supplied by dropshipping entities

9. Errors in website translations

10. Actions or omissions of entities with which it cooperates

as part of dropshipping

11. The customer is not entitled to any claims against the intermediary related to the concluded

or future sales agreement. The supplier is the party to the contract.

The intermediary provides the customer with the necessary assistance, both in the complaint of the goods submitted

to the supplier, and in the submission by the customer of a declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract,

which will be forwarded to the supplier

12. The copyright to the descriptions, photos and fonts that make up the presentation of the goods are

reserved and belong exclusively to the supplier. The supplier grants the intermediary

permission to use the photos and descriptions of the goods, at the same time releasing him from

liability towards third parties under the copyright to the photos and descriptions of the goods in question. All claims in this respect should be

addressed to the supplier.
 

 

§ 3

Definitions

● Service or page means the website called "www.mjlo.us", which deals with

the sale of original fonts and dropshipping activities and is an offer in the scope of

graphic services

● Font, means the original font called (MJLO, MJLO_PEOPLE, MJLO_HIDDEN),

created by the author of the project - Maciej Lasko

● Dropshipping, a form of order fulfillment in which the purchase and payment process takes place

on the supplier's external platform. After selecting a product in the customer's store,

you are redirected to the supplier's website, where the customer provides their address data

and makes the payment

● Services, means the tab and the scope of P.W. MJLO's activities in the area of ​​computer graphics

and projection

● Support, means the tab and voluntary promotion, 8 entities from the field of

health and public use and support for individuals such as www.siepomaga.pl

● Partners, means the tab in the scope of promoting and establishing cooperation with

entities located there, in order to broaden the adoption and development of our and their

● Personal data, any information relating to an identified natural person within the meaning of art. 6 on the protection of personal data

● Supplier, an entity that is a party to the sales agreement for goods presented in the online offer

concluded with the customer, obliged to deliver the goods to the customer along with

proof of purchase

● Customer, a natural person with full rights to legal acts, acting as

a consumer, who is at least 18 years old

● Civil Code, Act of 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16,

item 93, AS AMENDED)

● Goods, movable items owned by the seller or external entities

presented on the website

● Regulations, these regulations in the dropshipping model

● GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing

of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing

Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)

● Consumer Rights Act, Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights -

an act adopted by the Sejm, regulating legal issues related to consumer rights

and the entrepreneur's obligations towards him

● Orders, a customer's declaration of intent submitted by an intermediary

to the Supplier, containing in particular information on the quantity of goods and

place of delivery, and other data enabling the conclusion of an agreement between the customer and the supplier.

The customer will always be redirected to the address of the supplier's website.

 

 

§ 4

Cooperation

Cooperation with manufacturers, external services and font seller

★ The website "www.mjlo.us" is based on cooperation with several key

partners:

- Clothing manufacturer - dropshipping model "REDBUBBLE": We cooperate with

www.redbubble.com., which is responsible for the production of clothing in the

dropshipping model. This means that when you want to enter the store, you will be

redirected to an external supplier fulfilling sales orders

which is Redbubble and this entity prints and sends them directly to

the customer.

- Clothing manufacturer - dropshipping model "TEEPUBLIC": We cooperate with

- www.teepublic.com., which is responsible for the production of clothing in the

dropshipping model. This means that when you want to enter the store, you will be

redirected to an external supplier fulfilling sales orders

which is Teepublic and this entity prints and sends them directly to the customer. - Hosting platform - To build our website we chose

the platform www.wix.com. which provides professional tools for creating

modern and responsive websites

- Sale of digital OTF fonts. We offer unique fonts MJLO,

MJLO_PEOPLE and MJLO_HIDDEN, available on the Gumroad platform

www.gumroad.com. Gumroad provides an easy way to sell and distribute

our digital products.

 

 

§ 5

Business model & License

The business model of the site is based on the sale of fonts and other print-on-demand (POD) products.

 

 

Purpose of the font:

The font aims to inspire creativity and enable free expression. Its task is also to alleviate social barriers and spread positive values.

 

Use:

The MJLO font: It is provided on an open source basis, which means that it can be freely used for both personal and commercial purposes, without restrictions on the scope of use.

 

Fonts MJLO_PEOPLE and indirectly MJLO_HIDDEN: Are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. Their use is limited to non-commercial purposes. This means that they can be used in private projects, but not for profit. Any other use requires the prior written consent of the owner of the rights.

 

 

§ 6

Translation

Translation of the website www.mjlo.us. will be translated into as many languages ​​as are included in the "MJLO, MJLO_PEOPLE, MJLO_HIDDEN" font collection.

 

The Author will successively update the translations with new nationalities.

 

 

§ 7

Final provisions

★ Changes to the regulations: The owner of the website and the author of the project, P.W. MJLO. reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations at any time. Any changes to the Regulations will be published on the website and will enter into force upon their publication.

★ All matters not regulated in these regulations are subject to the provisions of Polish law. Disputes will be resolved by a court with jurisdiction over the Owner's registered office.

★ The Seller provides only digital services related to the design and sale of graphic designs. Order fulfillment and production of final products are carried out through external suppliers of printing services on demand.

★ The Seller is not responsible for any defects or shortcomings related to the services provided by external suppliers.
